Certifications

No one would buy something if they thought it lacked quality. That's why we don't talk about quality at Word Works, but about quality certification.

In 1999, Word Works was the first company of its kind in Spain, and one of the first in Europe and in the world, to obtain ISO certification. We then joined forces with other companies to drive and demand specific quality certification for linguistic services companies, which we achieved in 2006 with the introduction of the
UNE EN 15038:2006 standard. Since then, our work processes hold dual certification from the certifying body TÜV Rheinland with two quality seals: ISO 9001:2008 and
UNE EN 15038:2006.

What do these standards certify? They vouch for our work processes, selection of professional resources, incident management, follow-up and client care, confidentiality, data protection, among other aspects.
