As a company committed to quality, in 1999 we were the first Spanish company, and one of the very first in our sector in Europe, to obtain ISO 9002:94 quality certification, now replaced by ISO 9001:2015.

We have reinforced this commitment, on the one hand, by obtaining specific certification for translation services: ISO 17100:2015 and, on the other, by obtaining certification for machine translation in 2020: ISO 18587:2017.

Quality Policy

At Word Works, a company that focuses on the provision of language project management services (translation, proofreading, post-editing, sworn translation, transcription, layout and interpreting, mainly), the general goal of which is to provide top quality services in order to continue to be a benchmark in our industry, we are committed to quality management as a strategic factor.

As a sign of this commitment, we develop, communicate and review this Quality Policy, expressed in the following elements and commitments

Assessment

Establishing and periodically evaluating improvement goals, in a systematic, objective and rigorous manner, in order to ensure the quality of our services and their ongoing improvement.

Assurance

Ensuring that the legal and stakeholder requirements applicable to our activities are understood, complied with and kept up to date.

Ongoing improvement

Developing ongoing improvement measures in quality management through the analysis of the information provided by the management system (process indicators, customer satisfaction indices and audit results, etc.) and the definition of preventative and corrective measures

Motivation

Inspiring and training our professionals so that our services are delivered with the highest quality, placing the necessary technical resources at their disposal so as to make this possible.

Technology

Guaranteeing permanent research into the latest technologies applicable to our industry in order to offer the most competitive, professional and comprehensive service to our customers, in the most efficient way possible.

Added value

Providing added value to our services in line with the demands and requirements of our customers, based on personalised treatment and on the efficiency and efficacy of our processes so as to ensure customer satisfaction.
