As a company committed to quality, in 1999 we were the first Spanish company, and one of the very first in our sector in Europe, to obtain the ISO 9002:94 quality certification, now superseded by ISO 9001:2015.

We have strengthened this commitment, on the one hand obtaining the specific certification for translation services: ISO 17100:2015 (previously UNE:EN 15038) and on the other, in 2020 obtaining the certification for our automatic translation processes: ISO 18587:2017. Once again, we were the first Spanish company in our sector to hold this new certification.

Word Works is a company that specialises in the management of language projects (translation, review, sworn translation, transcription, layout design and interpretation): Wed aim to provide top quality services so as to continue being a benchmark in our sector.

Ensuring that the legal requirements applicable to our activities are understood, fulfilled and kept up to date.

Developing continuous improvement measures in quality management through the analysis of the information provided by the management system (process indicators, client satisfaction indices and audit results, among others) and the definition of preventative and corrective measures.

Inspiring and training our professionals so that our services are delivered with the highest quality, placing the necessary technical resources at their disposal so as to make this possible.

Guide the company’s activities and processes so as to surpass the expectations of our clients.

Provide added value to our services in line with the demands and requirements of our clients, based on personalised treatment and on the efficiency and efficacy of our processes so as to ensure client satisfaction.
